about 3 years ago i divorced a woman who committed marriage/green card fraud. At the time however i had no idea what was going on. As soon as she stepped on American soil she changed. She worked and paid off a car, even bought tickets in the meantime to visit her family back home and insisted that she didnt have to financially contribute during the hard times. I should have contacted the authorities but i was unaware that it was her intentions to do such a thing at first. Not long ago I found out from a family friend that in fact it was her intentions, there were also some other ex-familyfriends who had actually been the ones who set me up with her knowing that i was looking to get married, they had planned this scheme from the beginning. I would like to know, due to the longevity of the situation if its still possible to get her deported and out of the country. We officially got divorced, if im not mistaken a little over two years ago. She had started looking before we divorced for another american man to marry, and 3 months after out official islamic divorce, she was remarried. I would like some justice but I do not know, being that ive never been in this situation, what i can do, what my rights are.... can anyone direct me to a good place to get a consultation perhaps.... currently i dont have any written documentation saying that she used me, only my parents as witnesses and a cleric of the mosque i attended.... idk if i have a case against her but would like to know more.
