Default New Law Pertaining to Renters and Foreclosure

My question involves a foreclosure in the State of: Florida
I understand that Obama has passed a law stating the after a rental property has been foreclosed on, the renter has 90 days to vacate. What i don't understand is does the renter keep paying the rent and are there any other stipulations that i am not aware of

A tenant can still be evicted for nonpayment of rent or for other defaults or violations of the lease.
