After putting my 8 year old child through so much drama and emotional pain of having to take a dna test. His father is now going to try to fight for visitation rights. I had no problem with him seeing his child until it became an inconveince for him. It started to be only when he had the time. That also became very emotional for my child. So to protect my child, I stopped him from getting my child. Now the father after 8 years has decided that he wanted a DNA test and visitation rights on a regular basis. The father has a drinking problem, always uses obsence language, and does not have a stable living arrangement. What can I do to protect my child from any harm? What does the court system do in order to help the custodial parent to protect their child.. I am very confused after them allowing him to ask for another DNA test after he didn't show up for the first one in 1998. Now this about visitation...."PLEASE HELP"
