I recently had a run in in which my minor daughter was going to be removed from my property physically by the police - for her not wanting to get into her mothers car due to what I can only describe as neglect towards her mother. The police (2 officers) opened the door of the car and then circled around her and spread their arms and made agressive movement toward her.
When they saw my wife video taping and I yell at them to stop, they immediately retreated -back to me and said in the report if I don't get her into the car, they would document I was in contempt of court according to the divorce document.
Before you all ask for details, CPS won't do crap about the Felon their mothers living with, the drug paraphenalia in the house of her moms, the times she's left alone for 5+ hours at a time caring for her 7 year old brother inthe middle of the night. There welfare is a seperate issue, I'm more concerned about the 2 pricks trying to abuse thier power. I was told by this same PD that they CANNOT physically remove a child from a residence (without a court order).
So the question is - Can police physically remove a minor who simply refuses to leave the residence of one parent in order to go to another?
