Default Class A Misdemeanor, Criminal Mischief

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas.

I was recently hit on my motorcycle. The other driver was charged in the accident. When I got off my motorcycle I was mad and yelling at her. I went to yell at her and when I hit her drivers window my arm went through. I am now charged with criminal mischief, Class A misdeamener.

The detective told me to do a walk thru to process the charges. I am wondering what to expect from the judge, and if i should retain a laywer?

ANy help in this matter would be appreciated.

You can probably get a free consultation with a local criminal defense lawyer, so why not do it?

If you're asking what to expect at an arraignment, you can expect the formal reading of the charge against you and your being given the opportunity to enter a plea.
