My question involves insurance law for the state of: Washington

Hello, a while back I have been involved in 2 car accidents that were within a week of each other. After the first accident, my main car was undrivable, so I was forced to look at other options. As I own a dealership, I decided it would be OK to drive one of the cars that I own under the dealership. I called my Insurance Agent and he told me it was fine.

When backing out of a parking lot, I was hit by another vehicle. I have no fault in the accident, and the lady that hit me gathered my information as I did hers and everything was fine. The vehicle was very lightly damaged, and was later sold even though the damage. 3 months later I was called by the collection center which impolitely told me they were billing me 3 thousand dollars for damage. When I asked what it was about and what the problem was I was promptly told to Shut Up. Extremely mad I was able to avoid being billed by them and called my insurance agent. After a short investigation it turns out the lady that hit me provided incorrect address and driver license number, and ALSO lied that I had no insurance to her Insurance company. Her insurance company did a diagnostic on her vehicle, found my SSN through my name, which is unique, and sent a bill to the collection center.

Now I am being bombed by a number of people telling me that I am a criminal and billing me several thousand dollars in damage that wasn't even my fault, and when attempting to explain the situation as I see it, nobody listens. As far as I can see my insurance agent is completely uncompetitive in this situation and he is completely lost.

Can somebody please tell me how to resolve my issue.
