    Contact the Sheriff's office in your county. You need not give them your real name, ask for the officer that does the sex offender registration, and ask him that question. He will be best able to answer that for his jurisdiction. A registered sex offender felon is still considered a public threat as long as he still has to register. That is why they have tier levels. It is to access the threat level.
