Default Red Light Camera "Snitch" Ticket in California

Hello, I live in Northern California.
I received a red light camera snitch ticket in the mail. I am the registered owner of the car, but not the driver pictured.
I have read all of the other posts and also went to the links about "snitch tickets", but I just wanted to make sure that understand what to do now.
Since it is a "snitch ticket" and not me pictured, then I don't have to do anything right? Or would it be best to send a copy of my dirvers license and sign this document saying that it is not me? I understand that I am not obligated to inform them who the driver is, is that correct? And if I choose to not do anything at all, then what should I expect would happen?
Thank you in advance for your help.
