    Default Probation Violation

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota

    I got my first DWI in June in Dakota County and am currently on a year of probation. Its the only thing on my record. Last night I got a minor consumption and a disorderly conduct in Blue Earth County. The judge told me I have to get a public defender and go back to court. Whats about to happen to me?

    I expect that the judge is considering giving you a jail sentence of some sort, so I suggest that you heed his advice and talk to your lawyer.
