Default Will USCIS Reject the Green Card Application

If somebody is deported for 10 years for drug possession(Pcs<1gmcocaine), then can uscis or any authority reject his application for green card based on his US citizen wife and kids even after his 10 years ban is over? Is there a chance that he might be able to fix his papers?

Default Re: Will USCIS Reject the Green Card Application

The USCIS can reject a green card application because it's a day ending in Y. There is no such thing as guaranteed admission into the US, and certainly no guarantee for those with a criminal record.

Consult an immigration attorney prior to applying for readmission.
