I just received notice that my property will be foreclosing in 35 days and If I want to appeal I may do so within these 35 days. I am in Nevada.

I have 2 loans on the property 80-20. I tried to short sale it, and do a deed in foreclosure but I was unsuccessful in both.

Now what are my options do I have to file a bankruptcy so they do not start garnishing my wages? I am the only one working my husband got laid off in March of this year. We are paying a mortgage under his name. (he was not on the first mortgage I got it by myself) and I am not on this mortgage.

I own a 2006 chevy malibu can they take it away? And how soon do they start garnishing wages? Oh and what happens with my taxes if I file bankruptcy does the IRS withhold those?

Can you guys give me some advice on bankruptcy lawyers like what is expected, I do want to be taken for a ride again and not get the results I want.

I do not want to keep the house that is going in foreclosure that is about the only debt I have besides a couple of medical bills that my add up to 1500
The 1st loan is for 134,000 and the 2nd is for 33,000.
