    Default New Roommates

    My question involves a roommate in the State of: louisiana

    i live with a friend... and one other roommate in a 3 bedroom house

    my friend is the owner we have no formal agreement

    i never been late with my rent

    my roommate is 2 months behind

    well my friend wants a girl and 2 kids to move in..

    he convince the roommate to leave

    he wanted me to leave too but then said i can stay..

    i dont want to live with 5 people..

    i will be forced to moved..

    can this count as a illegal eviction..

    It's only an eviction if you're actually evicted.

    If you leave of your own accord because you don't like the new roommates, you've not been evicted.
