    Default Confusing Determination Letter

My question involves unemployment benefits for the state of: VA
I recently recieved my determination letter from the deputy, but there seems to be some confusion. At the top it states "claimant disqualified effective 6/21/09", but at the bottom of the paper it reads " In the absence of evidence to show that the claimant was discharged for misconduct, it is the decision of the deputy that she is qualified for benefits."
Does this mean I'm qualified or disqualified? Anyone run into this situation that can give me some insight? The VEC is still working on trying to figure it out.

That happens more than you know especially on appeal decisions. I have had many appeal decisions that were of a completly different case. So speak with the VA unemployment division and let them figure it out or appeal the decision.
