My question is for bankruptcy in St. Lucie County, Florida:

I am an unemployed teacher for about 3 months now, I havent been able to find work. I am about $26,000 in credit card debt not including my car loan. I make through unemployment and child support $1900 a month, which barely pays for my living expenses for my child and myself. The only property I have is my car, for which I keep up my loan payments. I have not been able to afford my credit card payments. Would I qualify to file for chapter 7, if so, will I be able to keep my vehicle? Also would I be able to keep one credit card, which I cannot even currently use, and continue to make minimum payments on that in order to save it? Would I have funds taken from my tax returns for any reason? Thanks in advance for any help.
