    Default Robbery Charge in Texas

My 17 year old son was arrested for aggravated robbery today. The jail told me in texas he is an adult and will be tried as an adult. What should I do? How much is a criminal attorney going to cost for this. If no one was hurt and the gun wasn't loaded does this make a difference? I know he is not grown up enough to go to an adult prison he has another year of high school to go is there a way (if convicted) the attorney can request to have him sent to a boot camp or juvenile facility? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Consulting a criminal defense lawyer is a very good idea - those are serious charges. Different lawyers charge different amounts, so you will have to call around to check local prices.
