    Default How long before bill collectors sue?

    i am current on my credit cards, and i just got laid off

    problem is i have a bipolar disorder and i do not know what happened , if it was a change in medication or what but i racked up 120,000 bucks in credit cards. i just kept on cash advancing to pay

    i already have a 56,000.00 dallor second mortgage from a spending spree for a few years

    i am trying to sell things to get min payments paid

    but how long after i cant make any payments will they try to sue me

    1,3,6,9 months till i get sued

    Default When will bill collectors sue?

    They will sue (or opt not to sue) on their own schedule. Beyond suggesting that lawsuits are typically filed before the end of the statutory limitations period (the "statute of limitations"), it's just a guess.
