My ex and I went to court in July in regards to our daughter. The judge ordered that we use his address for school enrollment purposes. He lives in a very bad area. My ex came to me a week later and asked my husband and I to enroll our daughter in the school by my house. My 8 year old attends the school by my house. I hired a lawyer and he filed papers for reconsideration on the enrollment. My ex then August 11th got mad at me for some reason, and decided he changed his mind and did not want to "make my life easy" as he says and said he did not want her to go to school by me. (we live 15 miles apart) Well he never enrolled her, and I have visitation until friday (we have 50/50) so she started school with her sister today. My ex went down and demanded that they pull her out of her first day of kinder. He had the court order and I have nothing signed. We have court next tuesday. The police officer asked me to take her today so her irate father would leave, but that he would not pull her for he rest of the week. Is it against the law to take her, even though the court order says different than what he asked us to do.
