Default Any Problem with Standing in Front of a Dealership with a Sign

    Hello-

I recently had a horrible experience with a local dealership. Basically they told they would sell me a car for a certain price. The price was wrong and noted as wrong the first day. Nine days later they tell me it will be 5k more. In those nine days I called and told them I would be passing up a deal with another dealership and they still quoted me the same price without mentioning there was a problem. Day nine we go into sign and they say so sorry but 5k more. They admit there were mistakes on their part, but wont give me the price they quoted.
I would like to stand outside their dealership with a sign that says "Talk to me before buying here". If people come by to talk I will tell them what happened. As long as I tell the truth, and don't use any foul language can I get in any trouble? Basically I want to make sure these guys loose more money then they would have if they had just given me the price they quoted. Thanks

just be careful where you stand. You absolutely cannot be on their property.

You should also check with your local authorities as to any permits needed for what you intend.

i have to agree with this one. but the price of the car can be one thing to get you sign, and don't tell you about the price with the tax added on.
