Angry How to Recover Money in Court

loaned friend $13,000 for new equipment for his business. While I did see an invoice for said equip. I have not seen any of my money. I know the limit on small claims is $5,000 but I loaned him more. what can I do to get my money back? Subsequently, this same unscrupulous person obsconded with another $6100 designated for the repair of my leased vehicle that was in an accident. Isn't this fraud? Or may be not because the vehicle was registered in his name making him able to do what the freak he wanted to do with the cash.

Vehicle still crashed up and in the pound waitng to be picked up or sold at auction. It really belongs to the leasing company. I'm in big big trouble, right?

You can sue in a regular trial court.

Your cryptic statement about a leased vehicle that was owned by your friend... you then tell us that he was the lessee? So how is it in any sense your vehicle? I don't know what happened, when it happened, or why it happened. If you think a crime was committed, you are free to make a police report.

(Your cryptic statement about a leased vehicle that was owned by your friend)
    - initially vehicle leased, insured, registered byme, but could not afford insurance, so I subsequently registered and insured to this "friend". Car was in an accident and friend dissappered with money to fix. My name is only name the contract as the purchaser.
