Default Pressing charges on someone for false accusations

Im going to Court for something i didnt commit, and the other person im sure is well aware i didnt do what she accuses me of. she accuses me of tapping her phone lines, following her at school, and threatening to kill her (in writing)...but i saved every email and conversation, and i have proof i never did any of it. NOW, if im found innocent...can i turn around and sue her for pain and suffering, for giving the court fake emails and false information? or charge her for harassment for accusing me of something i didnt do??

    again, this is in canada-ontario

In Canada? You can make a complaint, and see if the police and Crown counsel are willing to act on it.
