Default Could My Case Be Thrown Out

My question involves criminal law for the state of: LOUISIANA, I'm an 18 yr old college student and a mother of one. I commited a felony at 17 but was never charged because I never went to court for it. Could it be thrown out if I go to court for it?

You mean, you simply blew off your court case?

I suppose anything's possible, but I don't see why the prosecutor would be inclined to give you that sort of a break under the circumstances. I suggest consulting a criminal defense lawyer.
