My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Alabama
I bought a brand new Volkswagen Jetta TDI twenty days ago. This morning on Good Morning America I heard a report of a life threatening recall on this car. A defect that apparently Volkswagen has known about for a little while.
I called Volkswagen and confirmed that my car is included in the recall. My question is is the dealership obligated to inform consumers before they buy a car of a possible life threatening problem? Thank You.
