Florida Emancipation Information

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: florida
hi im 15 years old i live with my step dad and mom. me and my stepdad really dont get along we are constinly fighting over stupid stuff but no matter what we do we argue and pretty much the same story with my mom and well my real dad is a prick i cant stand him he use to beat me when i was a child and he resently de-owned me for tellin my stepdad that i was sexually active and not him. well my stepdad is always moveing with his order and its really stressing me out cuz we just got new orders again within in a year of moveing. im really happy in florida and i need to no3 if there away for me to be able to get emancipated???

Read this and this. Had you read those threads before posting, as instructed, you would already know that you must be at least sixteen to emancipate in Florida, your parents must initiate the process, and (among other things) you need to demonstrate how you will be financially self-sufficient.

Learn to speak your mother tongue so that people will take you seriously. If you want the rights of an adult, learn to speak like one.

You CAN'T get the process started.

Your PARENTS do. If they say no, it's game over.

You wait until you are 16. Then, to start the process you go to your parents and ask them to file the proper papers. If they refuse, you have to wait until you are 18.
