Default I'm Re-Applying - Do They Still Have My Docs from the First Time

I applied for citizenship 10 years ago and was denied. At that time I had a juvenile record and had to show that the case was resolved. Those records were extremely difficult to obtain since they were juvenile records and I was an adult when i first applied. Well, now those documents dont even exist an no record of them exists. The first time the INS was very adamant about getting the docs. Does anyone know if they still have my application and documents from last time even though its been so long?

They know if they have them. We have no way of finding out for you.
