    NO different son .
Why would that have any thing to do with it when the mother has been arrested for terrorist threats to a teacher .

    Arrow Re: Medical Neglect

I was wondering if son's disabilities could have been genetically passed down to the child in question.
Actually - she 'could' still suffer from issues related to her uncle's conditions. Not as likely - but possible.

still what would that have to do with the neglect of the Child that is being allowed to happen . When thier are people that want to help and can take care of her 90 to 100 % better than what she is getting .

My son had contacted places to get her help but she has to be in his Custody to get the help and he needs to have her when they are open he is doing every thing he can for the situation IU8 and a few others he also feels that counseling may be needed if not at least a learning support program and activitie with other Children. By the way things look she is being raised by the dogs in her mothers home .

legal advice for the saftey and well being of the child I can tell you the child is learning little bits here and there in Just a month and a half so this also proves she is not mental she just needs the proper care that she is evidently not getting from her mother . she now will tell you a couple colors like pink and purple blue Son is working with and he got her to count to 10 (but she can not do it every time yet . she just needs some one to treat her like a human being instead of an animal. This has been in the short time he has been allowed to get her .
But any way this site is to be looking for legal help not redicuel so I am asking if you are there for helping or for what ? It seems like People here are not lookig out for the best interest of a child .

What would you be doing if you knew this child personally ? Related or not
That is the real question here .

Please go back and re-read our posts. They are required unless the parents have a religious OR "strong moral or ethical conviction". Mom could very easily argue the point. It is NOT illegal. Foolish, IMHO, but not illegal.

Regarding the child's behavior...it is not unusual for a 4 year old to copy the behaviors of people or pets around her. It's called play. The fact that you verbalize your displeasure, or talk about it in a negative way around her won't stop the behavior. Any attention is better than no attention at all. When she asks like a dog, she is certainly gets your attention. It is also not unusual for children her age to regress from potty training back into diapers when placed in a stressful situation. Don't delude yourself into thinking she is not aware of the turmoil surrounding her.

Having said all of that, it would still be a good idea to get her to a Doctor for a well child check. What's the reason you son can't arrange it when he has visitation?
