NYC Marijuana Citation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: New York. I got busted by an undercover cop in central park when I was smoking a joint. He told me he would let me off but his supervisor was right there so he had to yell at me. But he did not make me sign the pink slip...is it a valid summons with out my signature?

It still is,maybe he won't process it,I got a summons for something else and it was dismissed before court. When you go to court,ask about an acd,it would dimiss the charge after a year and that way you shouldn't have to pay.If this is your 1st time going to court,they willl probably offer you an acd.
