Hi there, This is my first time to this site. we live in alaska. I have a couple of questions that i could really use some help with just to keep up with the game. heres a few facts you may be able to base off of. I am a citezen in the military does that have any benifits ? what makes it hard right now is I am deployed and if anything happens i cant do anything till i get back.
My wife has a B-2 visa and my step daughter has a B-3 visa. They had their Adjustment of status and biometrics Apt yesterday and the officer said that because my wife was petitiond by her mother before we got married that now her status and residency may be declined and they could get deported. so my first question is.
1. what is the likelyhood of them getting deported and if they do what steps can i take to keep it from hapening or if it must what would i need to do to get them back over here.
2. If the officer says that she is more likely to be deported than we thought then should we just have them go back on their own to avoid deportation and posible ban or penelty ? please enlighten me thank you. Anything any one can tell me will help
