    Post Non-Exclusive Perpetual Easement

I live in michigan, and my neighbors have an easement right of way thru my land to get to theirs, it states in the papers that it is FOREVER a non-exclusive perpetual easement. I am not sure what that means, but if somebody could clarify that I would appreciate it.

    Thanks...

    Default Re: Non-Exclusive Perpetual Easement

    kp_2005 ask..

What does "FOREVER a non-exclusive perpetual easement" mean?

    Forever means forever.

Non-exclusive means: A status in which the rights the agreement grants to the Licensee are available to others, reserving to the Licensor the right to give the same or similar rights to use the licensed materials to other parties.

Perpetual easement means: An easement with no time limits.

    Hope that helps.
