I work for a hospital in Fort Wayne, IN. Because of major contruction, employees are required to park at a remote site surrounded by excavatuion for the construction. In addition, a dirt road passes throught the center of the lot for which heavy construction traffic uses hauling materials. Depending on wind direction and where you can park, some days our vehicles are covered with very heavy layers of clay dust which gets into everything. Neither the contractor nor the hospital is making any efforts to control the dust even though there have been numerous complaints. Do we have any legal recourse?? rehinds@gmail.com
