Default Fired for taking medical leave

Etarting employment i fully discosed that I was in a bad car accident and that i would have to visit the doctors regularly. After 4 months of employment I was progresivly getting worse, the doctor told me to stay home for a week. When I let my employer know he was a prick about it and told me he was going to take all of my deals that I had worked so hard for and said i would be put on a temporary leave. Then not evan a week later i get a letter in the mail stayting that I had the right to be covered by cobera becouse my company that i worked for was droping me. So to me it looked like I had ben caned, then the president of the company called me and asked what was going on becouse he was visiting our office and i had met him before, i breafly explained that the doctor had desided to keep me out of work till further notice. His reply to this was that he would have been the person to make such a desision as to put some one on leave, but it did not sound like he had ben informed, then he said he would have to review this matter.
The strange thing about this is that another guy in the office was out for two weeks and maintained his employment, and the bosses cousin who also works for him went on vacation several times, 3-4 days off at a time, and maintained employment.

Then their are issues that the when i was hired i was told the company garanteed 2 new leads a day, well this stoped when a few people quit, and the boss desided he was going to start calling the leads again, I maintaind this one lead for two months untill i finally started to say some thing about it he said it was because i was not working but I was the only one in the office when his cousin was on vacation and the other guy was out with the flue. any way it has seemed like the boss has ben trying to get me to leave for a while and saw the medical issues as a way to push me out.

    Answer a couple of questions:

    1. How many employees are located where you work?
    2. How long have you been employed there?
    3. How long has this other person been employed there?

Answering all three questions will enable anyone to better answer your question/s.

If what I am reading is correct there are less than 50 employees at your location. If this is the case than you and your job are not protected. Nothing in your post suggests that your employer has done anything illegal.
