My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Jersey
My fiancé was on probation for a felony conviction for possession on an illegal knife. Since he missed one of his appointments close to the end of his probation an arrest warrant was issued for his arrest. We got in an argument and of the advice of his sister called the police who ran both of our information and arrested him when they found the warrant. Also we are living in Pennsylvania now so he has to be expedited back to New Jersey. So my question is will the make him sever the time he was supposed or do you think they may put him back on probation.
