If she helped you cheat on test, then you were attending SOME kind of school (unless your mother just had you take test for no reason and then helped you cheat on it).
Parents are required by state law to have their minor children in SOME type of education program up to a minumum age or grade level. When parents don't comply with that requirement, they can face sanctions like fines, particularly if a truancy officer orders her to comply, or in some cases CPS can step in and order compliance or removal of the child or that a court issue an order, then if THAT order is violated, criminal charges for contempt of court are possible. However, if none of this was ever reported to anyone until now, the chances of ANYTHING coming from it at ANY level are slim to none.
