Default Do I Have to Pay Court Fees on Top of Fines if Convicted

If I go to an arraignment, do I have to pay for that if I plead guilty? I know I have to pay for the public defender if after pleading innocent convicted. I'm in AZ. I think it is a class 3 misdemeanor.

I'm just considering contacting the court and pleading guilty or no contest in writing and hopefully not having to pay as many fees.
