    what happen to a personal injury claim if the company gooes chapter 11 3 years after the claim was filed

    It depends upon the facts of the case, the company's recourse, and the company's insurance coverage. Talk to your lawyer.

    they filed for bankrupcy in april and we went to mediation in july were in the process of settling but attorney got notice of bankrupcy on thurs. mediator says still trying to settle case is this possible
