My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Ga
New to site. I'm reaching out to get some suggestions. I have a long divorce story I will spare you. We just went to mediation, and are waiting on the Judge to sign the final decree. I am not really happy with it, but thats another story.
What concerns me now is, my ex's boyfriend. My daughter lives with them. He is a really big problem. Very violent. Kicked his mother out of their house because she tried to tell them not to do "certain" things around my child. The mother is scared to death of him, and she would barely talk to me. She told me he threatened to kill her if she ever talked to me. His mother told me is a VERY angry and violent person. He is banned from my daughters daycare. I have had one run in with him where he tried to fight me. I just found out this info from his mother a few days ago. I am sick to my stomach in not knowing what to do. If I could persuade his mother to actually talk to the right people, I could probably get my daughter, which is what i really want to do.
I recently found out, the he makes my daughter hold heavy boots in the air in the corner when she gets in trouble. She is 4. How much could a 4 year old do to deserver that.
Please help me. I do not know what to do. I am worried for her safety. My attorney recently withdrew from my case as well. Please help.
Thanks,
