I have been written up by my employer for several reason which under the circumstances of the incidents i did not think i should have been written up. The last time i was written up was for calling off too many times in a span of sixty days. I called of twice to be exact, the second for an injury for which i have a doctor's note stating i should not be working.
My question is: is it discriminatory that i have been written up and now face termination for things that other employees have done and yet nothing has happened to them?
Also, is it wrong to talk about these facts with other employees? I know that one of my coworkers has been threatened with termination for talking to me about his write ups.
