    Talking Seatbelt Ticket While Wearing Seatbelt

    My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Texas in Harris Co. Wearing a seatbelt as a passenger I got a ticket for not wearing a seatbelt. I have watched this constable operate up and down my street. She tends to stop only dumpy, frumpy, big busted woman and loser looking guys. Unfortunately
    , that is my husband and myself to a T, but I don't think that will be much of a defense. Any suggestions?
