    Default Ticket on the Freeway

hi, before i start i just want to say thanks to this website, it helped me get off a $800 ticket a couple of months back. my cousin got a ticket speeding down a freeway. she was going south bound on the 2 freeway late at night with no one else on the road, the officer issued her a ticket going 92 mph, she claims she was not going that fast, but the officer did not radar or laser, he paced the car.what are some ways i can fight this ticket based on pacing, he did not seem to have enough distance to pace since he came right off of the off ramp, but without taking that into consideration, would a police officer pacing a vehicle mean that while i am fighting this in court it would be my word (or her word) against the officers and the officer will not have to provide any information, like how he would if he would have radared or lasered the vehicle.
    THANKS FOR ALL YOUR HELP

Yes it would be his word against hers but he would also have to provide calibration certificates for his speedometer... That is an item that SHE can get via an informal discovery request.

ok, well i can not really get a discovery now, the trial was set as a trial by deceleration which is due tomorrow. what would be my best options as what to write on the deceleration form, without the discovery i would not be able to make the claim about calibration certificates. is my best option at this point to just write "i am not guilty of the infractions cited by the officer" i guess she really does not have much of a legal case. any help would be greatly appreciated.
