My question involves criminal law for the state of: Arizona
Hey, so I got an MIC for blowing a .015 in scottsdale, Az. I'm 19 years old, and have no priors (at all) on my record. That was and is my only charge. I don't even have any speeding tickets. And I'm attending university, if that will help my case?
What are some likely consequences I'm going to face? I'm going to plead guilty I think and try to get a diversion program. Do you think this should work since I have no priors and am in school?
I got the MIC riding in a car. The driver got a DUI with a .01, and the other passenger got an MIC with a .023. Since the driver got a DUI, will that hurt my case?
Also, I was pretty much forced into the breathalyzer (I'm an idiot), did they have any right to breathalyze me even though I was just a passenger in the car? The driver was pulled over for speeding as well.
