    Default Governor's Warrant

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I live in New Jersey and just received a Gov. Warrant from PA. I have an attorney. The detective in Phila. Pa. who charged me falsely is aware of my attorney. My question is it appears as though my lawyer did not receive a copy of this letter I received to appear before a judge. I say this because there was only one person who received a cc:, and that person is not my lawyer. Is this the proper procedure?

    Thank You
