Question Child Support Issue in Louisiana

The father of my five year old son has been on child support for two almost three years now. The court order states he is suppose make his monthly payments of 273 and have my son on his insurance. He has yet to put my son on his insurance and I think he lied about the amount of money he made in court. My sons father is in the marines and was married to someone else at the time we went to court. The day we went as he say he "forgot" to bring his pay stub to show how much he made. I am now married to someone else and he as place my son on his insurance. My question is how do I go about trying to increase my child support for my son?

You petition the court that ordered support to review and increase the amount.
