A lot of things could create a quid pro quo, landlord-tenant type relationship - doing chores, paying rent, or anything else exchanged for the privilege of living at home. If such a relationship exists, as jk indicates, eviction is the proper remedy.

That said, I have never seen a parent actually take a child to court on an eviction action, and I have never seen a child bring a wrongful detainer suit against a parent. Whatever rights may exist in theory that could be enforced through the courts, they seem to seldom be put into practice.
