Ohio Emancipation Help

I am 16 years old. i`m currently living at home with my little sister and parents. for the past couple days, my parents and i have no been getting along. all we do is argue and fight and its brining me alot of stress. i cant take it no more. whatever i do i get yelled at. if i`m not doing it right i get yelled at. do someone know how old u have to be to be emancipated in ohio? cus staying here for another 2 years will drive me to go crazy. help me please!

Ohio's emancipation statute permits emancipation upon active duty service in the armed forces, or upon lawful marriage. If either the service or marriage end before the minor is 18, the minor reverts to the custody of his or her parents.

Perhaps you can discuss your options with a guidance counselor at school.
