    Default Caught Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Delaware

Hi I was caught shoplifting from a store on the bordwalk at my local beach. I had a 2 dollar pair of sunglasses and the store manager saw me throttled my neck and then took me to the local cops.

What I want to know is would it be worth it to get a lawyer and if so what can they do to make it easier.

I also was wondering what the outcome of this may be.

It's always a good idea to get a lawyer when you need to appear in court.

A lawyer may be able to help you get into a diversion program, which generally leaves you with fines, restitution, anti-shoplifting classes, and no criminal record.
