My question involves real estate located in the State- OHIO
A person bought 45 acres , had it surveyed, then sold two 5 acres parcels. To get to the property they had a 30 ft. wide, 230 ft.long ingress/egress utility easement. I had a road made and a electric pole was put on the easement with underground electric that goes to both 5 acres parcels.
All this was done right after the land had been surveyed by the seller of the two 5 acres parcels . What has happened ,this is 9 to 10 years later , the neighbor whose property ajoins the easement had their property surveyed
and it shows part of the road and electric pole on the
ingress/egress utility easement.They want part of road and pole removed from their property.Question is; who is respondsible for this problem?
