My question involves independent contractors in the state of: Florida

I am an independant contractor/saleman in florida representing a remodeling company. They are not paying me what I am owed. What are my legal rights and options in persuing this.

How much are you owed? Do you have a written contract?

Take your contract and any documentation of the work you have performed and consult an attorney in your area to sue for your wages. Depending on the amount you're owed, you may be able to handle it yourself in small claims court.
