Default Was My Car Technically Stolen

Hi I'm new to this board, but I thought that the people here would be able to help me more than people have thus far. The story is this: I have a car that my parents paid for, however I bought it from them and had their name legally removed from it and my name replacing theirs. Last year I unfortunately got a DUI and lost my license for a year, with this happening my parents took away my car..

Are they legally allowed to do this if their name is not in the title of the car?

Am I able to call the police and report my car as stolen?

I want it back so that I can sell it however my parents are convinced I will just drive it. Please help..

Depends. How old are you, and where do you live?
