    Default California Speeding Ticket

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of CA. I got a speeding ticket from CA around 2 weeks ago, but didn't receive any mail from court. I double checked my ticket, and found police didn't write down my apartment number. So normally how long does it take court to send the mail. If I didn't receive the mail, whom should I contact? The police station or the court? thanks.

You contact the court... but remember, the court is not REQUIRED to send you a courtesy notice.

It usually takes 3 weeks for the Court to receive & file the citation and issue the Courtesy Notice...

You can also check online at the county court website.
