    Unhappy Accessory to Burglary

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Burglary. My 19 year old son may be charged with being an accessary to aburglary. The officer said he knows he was not directly involved in the actual crime but needs to get a statement from him. The officer says that if my son comes in and talks to him he will not charge him but if he refuses he may be charged as an accessary. Any input on this? I live in PA and am looking if anyone can tell me about the amount of time he may get for being an accessary.
Also he may be tied to stealing 3 guns.
    This is all VERY bad.

Speak to a Lawyer (free consultaions) , potential charges as these can hunt your son; in his future and positive career paths.

Ask yourself would a cop speak to internal affairs without a Lawyer. maybe, maybe not.

They will look at stealing 3 guns very bad.The cops might not have enough edvience to arrest him and just trying to gather more, they can lie to your son.Even if they are being honest he should speak to a lawyer and take it from there.

Never talk to a cop when you are under suspicion. Contact an attorney immediately. And let the attorney handle this.
