Depending on the gravity and size of your operation/scheme. If you had one victim ie; your poor grandma, that does not want to see you in jail; maybe not much if any time. If you had multiple victims, high dollar amounts, fake ID’s, forged complete checks, and so on.
You can/will be looking at a LOT of State/Fed time, restitution, and the difficulty of once all this is behind you of finding gainful employment.
You need a Lawyer, doubtful if he/she will take a check.
